I recently stayed at the Doubletree in Pittsburgh for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even though I had a few issues at check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The pool area, although I couldn't use it in winter, looked inviting and well-maintained. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of having a shuttle to the nearby casino. Despite a few hiccups, overall, my experience at the Doubletree was enjoyable.

i had reserved 2 rooms for my parents and uncle. I entered credit card # and all. would have thought all was taken care of. They asked for CC from my parents and Uncle upon them checking in. I was disappointed in that. I could understand for incidentals. but not to pay for the room.
